lagi pasal senaman neh..



Huhu..berat ku da naik...aku tgk cm da lebar skit...tp ku tetap merajinkan diri utk senam so dat berat yg da naik nih maintain or trun or takkan naik lg weh....so now..here are some advantages n benefits of senaman to share with u olz!!! chill!! :D
