Metabolisme..metabolished!!

Today im gonna post something beneficial to our health la kunun....how to increase metabolism..memandangkan metabolisme aku rendah...so aku post this for ma self indeed...

These are the tips on how to boost metabolism:
1. Exercise more
2.Workout with weights
3.Practice Portion control
4.Eat smaller meals more often
5.Laugh it off

i've done all listed tips since beberapa tahun kot but i dont think im gettin smaller bt tougher...mencik betol...
n unfortunately metabolik aku tak jadik high pun...hik3...tp as long as i didnt skip exercising...aku rase lege as my cortisol hormone level will getttin lower n lower....

So letz try cara2 yg aku quote dari tenet nih!!
